Please click [Log-out] button on the upper right corner.  Our website is using Internet browser authentication for log-in.  Once you're authenticated to log-in, your authentication data will be temporarily saved to your device (computer, mobile, tablet, etc.).  If you would like to delete log-in information completely, click [Log-out] and close your Internet browser.  Then, your information will be deleted from the device.

You can delete your post by either of the followings:1. Click [Delete] on the lower right corner of the detail page of your post and enter the password you used. My post was made pending. When will it be published?

We automatically search and pend all posts that are made without user log-in and the posts that are suspected to have problematic contents.  This system plays an important role to keep the quality of our website.  However, this system may also pend other posts that include the same words or phrases.  Once the system pends any post, our staff will receive a notification and review it.  If there is no problem with the post, it will be published typically within 1 to 3 business days.  If you would like to publish your post immediately, please log-in and make post.If we decide that the post has problematic contents or it violates our terms of use, we will not be able to publish it.  Please understand and agree with this before you use our service.  We will not send you notification in such cases.

We're sorry that we cannot inform you of the words detected by Word Restriction or prohibited words.  There are tremendously large amount of problematic words and phrases and new words and phrases are constantly added.  This is why we cannot inform you of all the restricted words. Moreover, if we accidentally inform malicious users of the restricted words, they may intentionally avoid them and post harmful contents.   We're sorry for you inconvenience.

What is Scheduled Post?

Scheduled Post is the system to save information for posting and publish it on a scheduled date.  You can enter information for posting in advance to the actual publishing date. You can use this function when you're logged-in.Normal posts will be published immediately after entering information, but scheduled post will not be published until the scheduled date (except certain fans).  If you select [Notify immediately] on Contents for Fans, your post will be published immediately to fans only. (Other users will see the post on the scheduled date).  If you don't want to show it to anyone else before the scheduled date, please select [Scheduled time].

So our staff will review posts that are made without user log-in.  If you make post while logged-in, your post will be published immediately.  If you make post without user log-in, your post will be reviewed and published typically within 1 to 3 days.  (If you scheduled a future post, the post will be published on the scheduled date.)If we decide that the post has problematic contents or it violates our terms of use, we will not be able to publish it. The email types are System Notification, Service Notification, Other Notification, and Email Magazine.  Please note that you need to subscribe or unsubscribe for each category.  System Notification and Service Notification deliver important notifications regarding the use of service.  We strongly encourage you to subscribe them to avoid any issues.If you did not follow the correct steps to unsubscribe, you cannot unsubscribe from Vivinavi. Moreover, if you publish or reply to a message board, or send messages on Vivinavi, your subscription status may be automatically changed so that you can receive notifications to use Vivinavi.

We are adopting Email Forwarding service to enable users to communicate without disclosing their personal email address.  The messages you sent or receive on Vivinavi while logged-in will be saved to Message on User Panel and forwarded to the registered email address.  Recipient of your email will only see your user name.If you are not logged-in, you will not be able to use User Panel, but you can still use Email Forwarding service.  In other words, you don't have to disclose your personal email address even when you're not logged-in.  You will only show your user name and the messages will be forwarded to your personal email address.
