City of Toronto to provide update on former Artscape properties at 38 Abell St.

Tomorrow, Mayor Olivia Chow will be joined by Julie Dzerowicz, Member of Parliament for Davenport and Councillor Alejandra Bravo (Davenport) to provide an update on former Artscape properties at 38 Abell St., including the Propeller Art Gallery.

Date: Thursday, February 6
Time: 10 a.m.
Location: Propeller Art Gallery, 38 Abell St.
Parking: Public parking is available on a first come first serve basis at 45 Abell St.

Artscape, a not-for-profit supporting affordable housing and creative spaces for artists, entered receivership in 2023 due to financial challenges. This update will highlight how the City and the Government of Canada have worked to protect these spaces.
