City of Toronto and Na-Me-Res to break ground on Indigenous-led affordable housing project at 230 Coxwell Ave.
Tomorrow, Mayor Olivia Chow and Councillor Paula Fletcher (Toronto-Danforth) will be joined by Julie Dabrusin, Member of Parliament for Toronto-Danforth, and the Honourable Vijay Thanigasalam, Associate Minister of Housing (Member of Provincial Parliament, Scarborough-Rouge Park), to formally mark the start of construction at a new affordable housing project at 230 Coxwell Ave. operated by the Native Men’s Residence (Na-Me-Res).
Date: Friday, November 15
Time: 10 a.m.
Location: 230 Coxwell Ave.
Note: This is an active construction site. PPE is required including safety shoes.
Parking: Limited parking is available at the “Green P” parking lot at 268 Rhodes Ave.
