City of Toronto to tee off 2025 golf season with new enhancements
The City of Toronto is ready to swing into the 2025 golf season by unveiling new golf course investments and a fresh lineup of spring and summer programming. Last year, a record high 248,425 rounds of golf were played at the City’s five courses, showing the sport’s growing popularity.
Media are invited to get a hands-on preview of the new enhancements as one of the first to experience them. One-on-one interviews are available with Parks Manager Goran Mitrevski.
Date: Thursday, April 10 Time: Drop in 7:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Location: Tam O’Shanter Golf Course, 2481 Birchmount Rd. RSVP: Media is asked to RSVP by 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 9 to media@toronto.ca with an estimated arrival time
