Mayor Olivia Chow to announce new access for City of Toronto winter program registration
On Monday, Mayor Olivia Chow and Councillor Paul Ainslie (Scarborough-Guildwood) will hold a media event to announce changes that will help residents access and register for winter recreational programs.

Location: One Yonge Community Recreation Centre, 24 Freeland St.
