Winterlicious kicks off today to warm taste buds across Toronto

The City of Toronto’s popular Winterlicious program starts today, running until Thursday, February 13. This year’s event promises to delight food lovers with diverse culinary experiences across the city with three-course prix fixe menus available at more than 220 local restaurants.

The 2025 edition of Winterlicious offers a wide range of dining options at different price points, from $20 to $55 for lunch and $55 to $75 for dinner. Diners can enjoy curated dishes at restaurants located in Toronto’s downtown core as well as vibrant neighborhoods in the city’s north, west and east ends.

More than half of participating restaurants offer vegetarian options, with many also providing vegan and gluten-free choices. Additionally, more than 130 establishments are fully accessible. Reservations are strongly encouraged as spots fill quickly.

This year, Winterlicious welcomes 26 first-time participants including Aamara, Azhar Kitchen & Bar, Chubby’s Jamaican Kitchen, Coconut Grove, DaiLo, Edna+Vita, Frenchy Brasserie, La Plume, Myth Estiatorio, The Dorset and Trattoria Nervosa. A complete list of participating restaurants and their menus is available on the Winterlicious webpage: www.toronto.ca/winterlicious.

The City thanks its media partners at CP24, Newstalk 1010, Toronto Star, CHUM 104.5, Virgin Radio 99.9 and NOW Toronto for supporting this dining program.

About Winterlicious and Summerlicious
Launched in 2003, the Winterlicious and Summerlicious programs were created by the City to support the local restaurant industry during slower business periods. Since then, the programs have served more than eight million meals and generated more than $353 million in economic activity for Toronto restaurants.
