Ferry service to Ward's Island is temporarily out-of-service.

The fire boat used to create a pathway for the ferry during ice conditions is currently down for maintenance. Unfortunately, the ferry cannot run due to ice build up in the harbour.

Residents and emergency personnel can access the Toronto Islands via bus service to Billy Bishop Airport.

Bus service is estimated to start at 8:15am from Ward's and will run every 2 hours to the Airport Terminal.

Updates will be provided by email as it becomes available.
