Ferry service to Ward's Island is out-of-service for the rest of the day.

The captain ran a few safety trips this afternoon to determine the safety condition, unfortunately ice build up on the lake is still unsafe for transportation.

Residents and emergency personnel can access the Toronto Islands via bus service to Billy Bishop Airport.

Next bus service from from Ward's Island will be 4:15pm and will run every 2 hours to the airport terminal. Last bus service from from the airport terminal to Ward's Island will be 9PM.

Updates will be provided by email or phone via Traffic Office as it becomes available.
